About The Event

Cardinal Crew 4th Annual 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run — Vendor Registration

Join us as a vendor at the 4th Annual Cardinal Crew 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run on


Saturday, June 27, 2026 | 6:00–10:00 PM | Medina Square

This community-centered event brings together families, individuals, and organizations impacted by addiction for an evening of fitness, connection, and celebration. The event will feature a 5K race, 1-mile fun run, food, yard games, and live music in the heart of Medina Square.

We invite local businesses and organizations—especially those in health, wellness, community services, and supportive care—to participate as vendors and showcase their products and services to the community.


Vendor Space Details

  • Each vendor space is 10’ x 10’

  • Approximately 2 feet between vendor spaces

  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and booth décor

  • Set-up: Begins at 5:00 PM

  • Tear-down: Begins at 10:00 PM and must be completed by 11:00 PM


Vendor Tiers

$150 Vendor Space

  • Non-preferred vendor space

  • Space assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Vendor listed in the official event program


$200 Preferred Vendor Space

  • Choice of preferred locations as indicated on the event map

  • Required for vendors needing electricity

  • Electric access is available only in designated spaces near spider boxes

  • Vendor listing in program book

  • Promotion on social media and event flyers


$500 Event Sponsor

  • Preferred Vendor Space

  • A promotional sign placed by the Event Coordinators (ie you do not need to provide)

  • Featured listing in program book

  • Promotion on social media and event flyers


Important Notes

  • Vendors requiring electricity must select a $200 preferred vendor space located adjacent to electrical access points

  • Only event sponsors may display signage outside of their assigned 10’ x 10’ booth

  • All vendor fees are tax-deductible charitable donations that directly support Cardinal Crew’s mission and community programming.
