Cardinal Crew 4th Annual 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run — Vendor Registration

Join us as a vendor at the 4th Annual Cardinal Crew 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run on


Saturday, June 27, 2026 | 6:00–10:00 PM | Medina Square

This community-centered event brings together families, individuals, and organizations impacted by addiction for an evening of fitness, connection, and celebration. The event will feature a 5K race, 1-mile fun run, food, yard games, and live music in the heart of Medina Square.

We invite local businesses and organizations—especially those in health, wellness, community services, and supportive care—to participate as vendors and showcase their products and services to the community.

🏁 Vendor Information

  • Vendor Fee: $150 (tax-deductible donation to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit)

  • Set-up Time: Begins at 5:00 PM

  • Event Time: 6:00–10:00 PM

  • Location: Medina Square

  • Vendors must provide their own:

    • Table

    • Chairs

    • Table décor / display setup

  • Payment must be completed online prior to the event.

  • Vendor spaces are limited.

  • Premier booth locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on registration date and payment.
