The Cardinal Crew will offer FREE telehealth services for individuals struggling with addiction and for family members impacted by a loved one's addiction. Initiative led by Dr. Stephanie Brode, DO Family Medicine Physician.

Requirements for Telehealth Services:

Impacted by Addiction – Either personally struggling with addiction or a family member/friend affected by it.

Underinsured or Uninsured – Must have limited or no health insurance coverage.

Resident of Ohio – Services are available only to individuals living in the state of Ohio.

Access to Web Services – Must have internet access and a device capable of video or phone consultations.

Go over appropriate health care maintenance to stay proactive in your health!
Discuss acute problems and needs with the physician ranging from concerns like urinary tract infections, back pain and injuries.
Obtain orders for important blood work and imaging tests.
Discuss new prescriptions and orders in addition to refills of previous medications (within the scope of primary care).
Discuss treatment, recommendations and resources to help manage mental health concerns.
Begin treatment for certain addictions within the realm of telehealth services.

About Dr. Brode
Dr. Stephanie Brode graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in biological sciences and a minor in medical sciences. She earned her medical degree at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic and completed her residency at University Hospitals, St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio.
Dr. Brode has a passion for addiction medicine, and has completed additional training to provide comprehensive care to those affected by addiction.
